»  Vice President in Business Development and International Affairs

The related activities have been evaluation of Oil and Gas opportunities in South America/Africa and CIS Countries as well Neighboring Countries for possible participation of Company and the achievements were as follows,

-Extra heavy oil blocks  of Venezuela in Orinoco Oil Belt were studied by dedicated team of experts in technical, commercial and contractual both upstream and downstream and finally after comprehensive studies feasibility report including both technical and commercial, opportunities and possible risks   prepared and submitted to Company BODs for making decision for possible signature of participation agreement as partner for exploration and development.

-Gas blocks in Gulf of Venezuela were studied for possible exploration and production of natural gas and finally the preliminary evaluation report for possible opportunities and risks prepared and submitted to Company for decision making.

-The oil and gas blocks in Africa were studied in Countries like Sudan, Nigeria, Ghana and Angola and the evaluation report for possible participation and exploration submitted to Company BODs for decision making and finally the Company took percentage of share in one of oil fields in Angola and became the partner of Angola state oil company for exploration and production.

-The gas fields in Turkmenistan were studied both technically and commercially for possible exploration and production both upstream and downstream and the feasibility studies were submitted to Company BODs for making decision.

The main activities have been, incorporation of Company Branch in Venezuela, mobilization of Branch Office in Caracas, defining the organization chart and mobilizing the experts from technical, commercial and contractual for evaluation of   the opportunities in Oil and Gas business in the Venezuela for possible participation of Company in development and operation as well as managed the day to day administration and operation of Company Branch Office and the achievements were as follows,

-Signature of joint quantification of extra heavy oil blocks in Venezuela for possible participation as partner of PDVSA for exploration and production.

- Signature of joint quantification natural gas blocks in Gulf of Venezuela for possible participation as partner of PDVSA for exploration and production.

»  Project Director of Petropars Projects in Venezuela

The main activities executed were, defining required organization chart, mobilizing the technical, commercial and contractual teams of expert for quantification studies in Extra Heavy Oil field of Venezuela in Orinoco Oil Belt for possible participation of Company as partner for production and upgrading of EHO to light oil and the main achievements were,

- Signature of quantification and evaluation of more than 6 blocks in Orinoco Oil Belt with PDVSA.

-Signature of quantification and evaluation of one gas block in Gulf of Venezuela with PDVSA.

» Project Director of Bid Boland Gas Project

The Project scope of work was construction of gas refinery with refining capacity of more than 36 MMCM per day of sour gas, storage facilities for gas condensate, pipe lines in both upstream and downstream for sour gas delivery to refinery, delivery of sweet gas to nearby sweet gas network, delivery of condensate to storage facilities.

Main activities executed have been mobilization of Project Office, defining the Project organization chart as per Project scope of work, mobilizing the experts needed as per Project plan etc and the main achievements were,

-Managing the tender of the Project sent to qualified bidders as per approved vendor lists of client, clarifications to bidders both technical and commercially by sending the circulars to all bidders etc

-Completion of tenders of this mega gas project and selection of consortium as EPC by technical and commercial evaluation of bidders based on defined criteria approved by the client.

-Signature of EPC contract by successful bidder.

- Site preparation activities were managed etc

»  Deputy Project Director of Petropars /Statoil Joint Venture

Petropars /Statoil JV were responsible for development of offshore part of South Pars phase 6,7 and 8 as Operator including the offshore facilities 3 jackets,3 topsides ,315 KM of subsea pipe lines  and drilling of more than 30 wells and the main achievements were ,

-Fabrication and installation of Project jackets.

-Fabrication and installation of Project topsides.

-Drilling more than 30 wells on jackets.

-Laying more than 300 KM of subsea pipe lines.

-Commissioning of offshore facilities etc

-Hand over of the facilities to client.

-Close up of the Project.

»  Offshore Project Manager of phases 6, 7, &8 South Pars gas Field

The main activities  have been related to mobilization of Project Office ,defining the Project organization chart as per Project schedule ,mobilizing the teams of experts from technical, planning,commercial,contractual ,administration, logistic etc  and the main achievements were,

-Preparing the ITB documents,

-Evaluation of qualified vendors,

-Preparing the vendor lists,

-Approval of vendors by client and Company BODs,

-Sending ITB to approved vendors,

Responsible for mobilization of offshore operation team for installation of the South Pars Phase 1 jackets (SPD1, SPD2) as per defined plan the main activities and achievements were,

-Mobilization of crane barge for heavy lift,

-Mobilization of launch barge for load out of jacket,

-Mobilization of qualified offshore sub-contractors like diving, positioning, MWS,etc

- Mobilization of installation team on the crane barge for heavy lift,

-Mobilization of team on transportation barge,

-Mobilization of support vessels like AHT etc

-Launching the jacket in defined position by launch barge,

-Lifting the launched jacket by crane barge ,

-Positioning the jacket in defined location of sea bed,

Responsible for Aboozar oil field development which were included installation of Jackets (A15-A19) in Abouzar Oil Field, removal of living quarter (LQ) of Aboozar oil field and installation of production platform  jacket and living quarter jacket  AB and LQ  ,the main activities and achievements were,

-Mobilization of crane barge including removal equipment for removal and installation of old and new jackets AB and LQ,

-Mobilization of transportation barge for load out of jacket,

-Mobilization of qualified offshore sub-contractors like diving, positioning, MWS,etc

Responsible for construction and commissioning of refinery and hand over to client. The Kangan gas refinery is having 8 trains and the refining capacity is daily more than 110MMCM, the main activities and achievements were ,

-Supervision of construction activities through  sub-contractor including civil, mechanical, electrical, instrument etc by supervision team

-Fabrication engineering activities,

-Mechanical completion activities

-Pre commissioning activities,

-Commissioning of plant,

-Test run for 72 hours

 » Project Manager of Feasibility Study for Export of Natural Gas to India by pipeline

This project was  defined for laying the pipe line for transportation of natural gas to India and Pakistan with capacity of 50 MMCM per day, the main activities and achievement were ,

-Feasibility studies for execution of pipe line offshore by sub-contractor (Mentor engineering, PLE and Sazeh.) 

 » Deputy to Execution Manager of Kangan Gas Refinery Natural Gas Projects.

The executive manager of KNGP was responsible for engineering , procurement , construction and commissioning of Kangan Gas Refinery consisting of 8 trains and utilities , 25 well head facilities , 7 gathering and separation units, housing projects with 7000 person capacity with all facilities , roads , pipeline , condensate storage and exporting facilities in Taheri ,the main activities and achievements were,

-Manage the sub projects activities through project managers,

-Manage the engineering activities of the projects through engineering department,
